For situations where a closer look is essential, our on-site inspection provides the most thorough and reliable assessment of your property. A certified water damage consultant will personally walk the affected areas, use diagnostic tools to detect hidden moisture, and evaluate potential risks like structural damage or mold growth. Unlike contractors who may push for unnecessary repairs, we deliver unbiased, professional guidance so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Whether you need clarity for insurance, peace of mind for your family, or direction on next steps, our in-person inspections give you the best guidance from highly experienced professionals — without the sales pressure.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: -Inspections can be booked online in advance, or scheduled directly by phone/email. -Online booking with payment secures your appointment immediately. -Customers who prefer to pay by cash or check may reserve a time slot, but appointments are confirmed only after our office acknowledges the booking. -All appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment: -Online Payment: Full payment ($95) is due at the time of booking to secure the appointment. -Cash/Check Payments: Payment is due at the time of service. Returned or “bounced” checks will incur a $35 returned check fee, and future bookings may require prepayment. -Payment guarantees that our consultant is reserved exclusively for your inspection. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund (if prepaid). -Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance can be accommodated at no additional cost. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a non-refundable fee of up to 50% of the booking amount. No-Show Policy: -If the customer is not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be considered a no-show. -No-shows are non-refundable (or subject to full payment if paying by cash/check). Scope of Service: -The inspection includes a professional on-site evaluation of visible damage and use of diagnostic tools where necessary. -Our consultants provide unbiased professional guidance and documentation as applicable. -This service does not include repairs or restoration work. Limitations: -Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the inspection area. -Hazardous or unsafe conditions may result in the inspection being halted, with no refund issued. -If additional time or services (such as a written report) are requested, separate fees apply.
